Refund Policy of Ridge Holiday Inn Resort
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
Cancellation Requests:
- 100% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows.
Early Departure:
- No refund will be provided for early check-outs unless under exceptional circumstances.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Modifications:
- Booking date modifications are allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
