By making a reservation at Ridge Holiday Inn Resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Check-In/Check-Out:

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Reservation & Payment:

• A valid ID and advance payment are required to confirm your booking.
• We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI and online transfers.

Cancellation & Refund:

• Refer to our Refund Policy below.

Conduct:

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow all property rules.
• Any damage to property or disturbance caused may lead to charges or eviction.

Pets & Smoking:

• Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.
• Smoking is restricted to designated areas only.

Liability:

• The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to guest belongings.
• Use of all amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
